Management and staff   Company Leaders are experienced and qualified professionals. Market Street Technologies has developed substantial business management and domain expertise. The company is dedicated to providing software and technical services to the building (AEC) industry and numerous government agencies.

President and CEO, Donalee Murray Rutledge, a former project manager, has always worked in and around construction. Her professional experience includes supervision, management and project management with Washington's King County Department of Engineering, Digital Equipment Corporation's Engineering and Medical Systems Groups, and the Bumgardner Architects. Donalee worked as a research assistant to Washington's senior Senator in Washington, D.C. She has applied her cumulative experience and her proven leadership skills to grow a profitable software and services company. She is a Phi Beta Kappa, cum laude graduate of the University of Washington.

Marketing Vice President, Sally Bader Mackle, is responsible for the design and execution of Market Street's marketing plans. Sally has 17 years experience as a senior level marketing/sales manager. She was Vice President of marketing at Overlake Hospital Medical Center, a major medical facility in the Seattle area. Sally earned bachelor and master degrees from the University of Washington where she went on to serve as Assistant Dean on her graduate program. At Overlake Hospital she planned, developed and implemented marketing and public relations strategies for both new and expanded programs and services. During her 11 years at the hospital, she helped move the hospital from third to first in customer preference and saw the hospital almost double in size. She received several awards for marketing campaigns and public relations programs, and was a speaker at two national health card marketing conferences. Sally has additional marketing experience with several regional and state-wide non-profit organizations. She managed a sales team of five at one organization and a marketing/sales team of four at another. Her marketing skills were essential to help these organizations enhance and grow their fundraising programs, resulting in the addition of programs and services for their clients.

Vice President for Communications, Frances Simmons, manages Market Streetís corporate and employee communications. This includes design, development, and production of our VISTA 2020 marketing and training materials as well as our website, Marketstreet.com. Frances has over 20 years experience as a training and communications manager in the high tech arena. Prior to joining Market Street Technologies, she was with Xerox Corporation where she managed a team of Instructional Designers, Graphic Artists, and Multimedia Developers responsible for design and development of Interactive Multimedia and online training programs for Xerox employees and strategic partners worldwide. She also worked as a Training Manager with Microsoft Corporation in both the Multimedia and Product Support divisions. Frances earned a Bachelor degree in Communications from the University of Washington and a Masterís degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology from the University of New Mexico School of Education in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
